The combination of two essential oils, evening primrose, beetroot and oily fish oil, guarantees an ideal supply of polyunsaturated fats omega 6 and 3 (2 capsules per day).

Evening primrose and bernina oils provide omega-6 fatty acids such as α-linolenic acid. These oils are also both organically produced.
