Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, vegetarian capsule/thickener (HPMC), filler (cellulose), NAC, taurine, griffonia simplicifolia extract (20% 5-HTP), cordyceps extract 4:1, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), ascorbic acid, natural L-theanine 98%, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, sodium selenite, folic acid, methylcobalamin.

Usage
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water, preferably 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal in the morning. This product is suitable for vegans. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age. Do not use in combination with medicines that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.
