Instructions for use
Wrap the elastic fixation bandage as much as possible in an "overlapping" manner, with the turns partially overlapping each other. Only pull the bandage lightly, so that it does not constrict. When bandaging, work as much as possible from narrow body parts to wider body parts, for example, from the ankle towards the calf.
