HeltiQ Elastic Fixation Bandage is designed to secure (fix) a HeltiQ Non-Adhesive Wound Dressing for abrasions, cuts, and burns. Its elasticity allows for a high degree of freedom of movement. It is therefore very suitable for use on moving parts of the body.

What is this medicine used for?
HeltiQ Elastic Fixation Bandage is intended for securing (fixing) a HeltiQ Non-Adhesive Wound Compress in case of abrasions, cuts and burns
Directions for use
Wrap the elastic fixation bandage as much as possible in an overlapping pattern, with the wraps partially overlapping. Pull the bandage only lightly to avoid pinching.
When bandaging, work as much as possible from narrow body parts to wider body parts, for example from the ankle towards the calf.
Contraindications
An elastic fixation bandage is not intended for use as a support or compression bandage. For this, you should use a HeltiQ Cambric Bandage or a HeltiQ Ideal Support Bandage.
