Usage
Take 3 capsules once a day with sufficient water, preferably during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Maximum daily intake of EGCG is 800 mg. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
