Nettle, Liverwort, Birch, Speedwell, Horsetail, Wild Violet, Dead-nettle, Blessed Thistle, Soapwort, Catmint, Hops, Juniper, Licorice.
Usage
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of herbs with 1/2 liter of boiling water.
Let the mixture stand covered for 15-20 minutes and strain if necessary.
A teaspoon of herbs can also be added to regular tea.
Tip: adding some honey gives a nice soft taste.
Contains licorice. People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding unless directed by your prescriber.
