Ingredients
Poplar bud, Goldenrod, Ash, Marsh spiraea, Speedwell, White dead-nettle, Bean pod, Marshmallow, Parsley seed, Licorice.

Usage
Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture into 1/2 liter of boiling water. Cover and let the mixture sit for 15 to 20 minutes, then strain if necessary.
A teaspoon of herbs can also be added to regular tea.

Contains liquorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding unless directed by your prescriber.

Store in a dry, dark place, closed and out of reach of young children.
