Yarrow, St. John's wort, Dandelion, Horsetail, Nettle, Licorice, Rue, Ash, Marsh Spirea, White Dead-nettle.
Usage
Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture into 1/2 liter of boiling water. Cover and let the mixture sit for 15 to 20 minutes, then strain if necessary.
A teaspoon of herbs can also be added to regular tea.
Tip: adding some honey gives a nice soft taste.
Contains St. John's wort: May interact with medications. Consult your doctor before using this product.
Contains liquorice: People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding unless directed by your prescriber.
