Usage Take 10g of flaxseed daily (about one tablespoon, equivalent to approximately 2g of ALA) for optimal results. Add flaxseed to yogurt, cottage cheese, or muesli. The seeds can be added to dishes just before consumption, without soaking. Flaxseed absorbs a lot of moisture, so it's important to drink enough. We recommend limiting flaxseed consumption to 15 g (1-2 tablespoons) per meal for adults and 4 g (1 teaspoon) per meal for children aged 4 and older.
