Usage
From 40 years of age: take 1 capsule per day approximately 15 minutes before a meal.
From 50 years of age: take 2 capsules per day approximately 15 minutes before a meal.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
