Zechsal magnesium oil is the highly concentrated liquid form of magnesium chloride, dissolved in water. It's called magnesium oil because of its oily texture. Magnesium oil is ideal for quickly and effectively absorbing magnesium through the skin. Convenient and economical to use, it's suitable for the entire body.

The best places to absorb magnesium are the feet, armpits, and abdominal area. However, if you're experiencing cramps or muscle tension, it's also wise to treat the area itself.

31% magnesium chloride, aqua.

Usage
Use 15 to 20 sprays daily (approximately 200 mg, half of your daily requirement). Leave on for at least 10 minutes. Then rinse if desired. A slight tingling and a warm feeling are normal and indicate that the magnesium is being absorbed. Your skin will become pleasantly supple, and you can enjoy the afterglow of total relaxation.

Tip: Warm skin (e.g., after showering or exercising) significantly enhances absorption. Avoid contact with your eyes or open wounds, as this may cause a stinging sensation.
