Usage 1. Heat oil in a wok.
2. Add the meat, fish or meat substitute and stir-fry until cooked through.
3. Add your favorite vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add wok sauce to taste and stir-fry for 1 minute.
5. Serve with rice or noodles.
