Usage
Meat substitute: very versatile. Whether you want to replace beef, chicken, minced meat or even fish, it's all possible. Preparation: Place protein pieces in a bowl (25g per person). Pour boiling water over them. Let soak for 5 minutes. Drain excess water using a sieve. Use the protein pieces as the base of your recipe. Tip: If your dish contains liquid/broth, use the protein pieces without prior soaking. This way they absorb extra flavour.
