Usage Add 1 to 3 tablespoons of crunchy WholeFiber to your breakfast, lunch or dinner every day. WholeFiber can be easily added to yogurt, cornflakes, muesli, salads, soups, sauces and much more.
Start with 1 tablespoon per day for 2 weeks to allow your intestines to adjust, then 2 tablespoons, and eventually increase to 3 tablespoons per day (10 to 15 grams).
