Magnesium sulfate

Usage
Adults:
Dissolve this salt in a warm bath (37-39°C). Relax and soak for 20 minutes. For regular skincare, use ½ - 1 cup (approximately 100g-250g) per bath. Use 2 - 4 cups (500g-1kg) to soothe and relax muscles.

For foot bath:
Dissolve ½ - 2 cups (approximately 100g-500g) of this salt in a warm (37°C) foot bath (5 liters). Relax and soak for 20 minutes, adding warm water if desired.

Storage advice
Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Salt can attract moisture.

Keep out of reach of children.
