Weleda Gencydo nasal spray
Gencydo Nasal Spray helps shrink the nasal mucous membranes in the air, reducing pollen counts. It also supports healthy moisture levels in the nose. You can quickly breathe more freely with this mild spray of pure natural lemon juice and quince extract in a saline solution.

Compound
Gencydo® Nasal Spray contains per 10 ml solution 80 - 120 mg fresh lemon juice (corresponding to 6.5 mg fruit acids calculated as citric acid), 300 mg aqueous extract of 97 mg fresh quince fruits.

Usage
Children 12 years and older and adults: 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 3-5 times daily. Children 4 to 12 years: 1 spray in each nostril, 3-4 times daily. Children under 4 years: consult a doctor.

To do this, proceed as follows:
1. First blow your nose well or clean it thoroughly;
2 remove the protective cap from the bottle;
3 When using for the first time: hold the bottle vertically and press the spray head several times until a mist is created.
4. Use: Insert the spray nozzle into one nostril and close the other nostril. Hold the bottle vertically and spray deeply into the nostril by pressing the spray nozzle down once while inhaling through your nose.
5 repeat this with the other nostril;
6 Wipe the spray head after each use and replace the cap immediately.
