It's especially recommended during cold and low-light periods of the year, and during periods of increased physical or mental exertion, such as at work, school, or during sports.

Usage Shake before use. Take one tablespoon daily as a supplement to your daily diet.
Also suitable as a cure (3-6 weeks): one tablespoon twice a day.
Not suitable for diabetics.
This product is not suitable for children under 12 months due to the presence of honey in this product.
