Usage
Preparation: 250 ml skimmed milk + 2 levelled scoops of powder. Shake well for 30 seconds. Scoop is included in the can. Losing weight? The use of 2 WeCare meal replacements per day and a 3rd balanced & calorie-restricted meal within an energy-restricted diet contributes to responsible weight loss. Maintaining weight? Replacing one main meal of an energy-restricted diet with this product contributes to maintaining weight. Not suitable for people taking coumarin anticoagulants. Not suitable for elderly people or people with kidney abnormalities, with diabetes with insulin resistance or people being treated for arterial hypertension (when consuming 2 meals per day).
