How to Use
Apply WandelWol pressure relief wool directly to the desired spot, on the bare foot. Can also be used preventively. Use at least enough WandelWol pressure relief wool until you can no longer see the skin through it. Put your sock and shoe back on. The WandelWol pressure relief wool adheres to the sock, so it does not shift and does not need to be stuck down. WandelWol pressure relief wool conforms to the foot.
