What is this medicine used for?
Use on painful areas of the back, neck or shoulders.

Directions for use
To use the heat patch, tear open the sachet. Remove the plastic film from the adhesive side and apply the heat patch to the painful area of ​​your back, neck, or shoulders. Apply the adhesive side to dry, clean skin. Press firmly and check that it is properly secured. A few minutes after opening the sachet, the heat patch will gradually begin to warm up. Slowly remove the heat patch by gently peeling it off, starting at one corner.

Contraindications
Do not use if you have already had an allergic reaction to a heat patch.
Do not use on areas of skin where heat cannot be conducted or on damaged skin.
Do not use on children under 12 years of age or persons who are unable to remove the patch themselves.
Do not use on bruises or swelling for up to 48 hours after the injury.

Do not apply the heat patch to the same skin area for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period, and do not use more than one heat patch on the same skin area. The heat patch is for external use only. Stop use and contact your doctor if the pain persists or worsens after 7 days. Do not use the patch with other medications that require topical application or near heat sources. Do not reheat the patch in the oven or microwave. Do not cut, pierce, or get the heat patch wet. For single use only.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using these patches if you have any of the following conditions:
- Poor circulation
- Pregnancy
- Nerve damage
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis or very sensitive skin.

Discuss use with your doctor if you are over 65 years of age.
Do not use while sleeping.
Heat patches may cause burns.
Stop use immediately and consult your doctor if you notice any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes on your skin where the heat patch was applied.
Contains iron powder. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
If powder comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a physician.
