Houd er rekening mee dat het 14 dagen kan duren voordat wij uw retourzending hebben ontvangen en verwerkt. De oorspronkelijke verzend en administratiekosten worden niet terugbetaald. This scent training is based on the research by Professor Hummel of the University of Dresden, where subjects intensively smelled 4 different scents twice a day for 12 weeks (Hummel et al., 2009)

Use
Ensure quiet surroundings and concentrate.Open the bottle for 10-15 seconds and breathe deeply, but calmly. Do not breathe forcefully or quickly as this hinders scent perception.Concentrate on the scent and try to recognize and remember it.Repeat for each bottle.Do this twice per bottle.Repeat the exercise twice a day.Scent training stimulates the olfactory part of our brains.
