Volatile Smell Training Set
Many people who have had a COVID-19 infection experience a change, reduction, or even complete loss of their sense of smell. This can also happen with a common cold or the flu, but it usually recovers relatively quickly. With a COVID-19 infection, we see that patients can continue to experience symptoms for months.

Usage
Create calm conditions and concentrate.
Open the bottle for 10-15 seconds and inhale deeply but calmly. Don't force or breathe quickly, as this will hinder your scent perception.

Do this twice per bottle.
Repeat the exercise twice a day.
