Warnings
With the exception of tea tree and lavender, essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin. If an essential oil accidentally gets into the eyes or causes irritation, immediately apply a fatty vegetable oil to the affected area. In case of accidental internal use, immediately drink several sips of fatty vegetable oil. This is because essential oils dissolve best in, for example, olive oil or sunflower oil. In addition, these oils have an immediate soothing effect. Then immediately alert a doctor! Essential oils can only be used internally under expert supervision.
