Argan oil is also called the "gold of Morocco" due to its many healing properties, but also because of its costly production.
Argan oil is extracted from the kernels of Carrier oils, hydrolats and macerates 64 65 from the fruits of the Moroccan Argan tree (Argania Spinosa).
It grows in the southwest of Morocco. The ripe fruits are crushed by hand.
Traditional Moroccan medicine uses the oil to treat skin problems such as acne, burns, scars, rashes, and pigment spots.
Argan oil is naturally enriched with essential fatty acids omega-6 and vitamin E, an excellent antioxidant! Argan oil hydrates, nourishes, softens the skin and prevents it from drying out.
Argan oil prevents and reduces wrinkles, the skin becomes firmer and contours are visibly tighter.
- Contains no colorants, artificial fragrances and is not tested on animals.
