Warnings
Do not apply essential oils undiluted to the skin. If an essential oil accidentally gets into your eyes or causes irritation, immediately apply a fatty plant oil to the affected area. If accidentally used internally, also immediately drink a few sips of the fatty plant oil. Essential oils dissolve best in oils such as olive oil or sunflower oil. Moreover, these oils have an immediate soothing effect. Consult a doctor immediately!
