Usage 1 tablet once a day unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor or therapist.
Despite its gradual release, niacin can cause a so-called (sometimes severe, but harmless) "flush" (a sudden rush of blood to the head and limbs with a hot, burning, and/or tingling sensation). This reaction is temporary.
