Use
1 tablet once a day. Preferably take with meals. This product contains more than 20 µg vitamin D and is therefore not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (mandatory warning text). Contains vitamin K2. Use in combination with coumarin derivatives only in consultation with an (orthomolecular) doctor.
