of which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 100mg
Vitamin A (Retinyl palmitate) 800mcg - 100% RI*
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5mcg - 100% RI*

Ingredients
Cod liver oil (FISH), gelatin (capsule shell), glycerine (gelling agent), water, vitamins.

Usage
Take 1 softgel daily with plenty of water. Maximum 1 softgel per day. This package contains a sachet of silica (not suitable for consumption).
