Cloves organic
Cloves have a warm and rich flavor with a strong aroma of camphor and pepper. They have a warm, wintery taste and therefore pair very well with spicy hot drinks such as mulled wine, Turkish coffee, and winter tea. In North African cuisine, cloves enhance the flavor of rice and meat dishes. In Asia, cloves are popular in curries.

Usage
Add a few cloves to stews or roast pork, and to warm winter drinks like mulled wine, grogg, Arabic coffee, and winter tea. A few cloves are also particularly delicious in cooked broths and sauces.
