It has a wonderful aroma and is great for smoothies and pastries (for example, replace 20% of the flour with coconut flour – delicious!), desserts, and much more! Coconut flour is made by drying the flesh of coconuts, then grinding it into flour. Coconut flour is a good substitute for almond flour, for example.
