Calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate granulate ppm, calcium citrate, filler (mcc), binder (isomalt), magnesium hydroxide carbonate, anti-caking agent (vegetarian magnesium stearate), zinc citrate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets per day
