Ingredients
Purified water, Silicic acid (monomer), organic silicon from Urica dioica (Stinging nettle), Flavorings, Phosphoric acid (stabilizer).

Use
Turn the bottle once just before use. Take in the morning on an empty stomach. Younger than 50 years: 15 ml/day. Older than 50 years: 45 ml/day during the first week (starter effect), then 15 ml/day. A 3-month course is recommended.

Storage advice
Keep out of reach of young children. Avoid prolonged contact with glass. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight (neither heat nor refrigerator).
