When using the liposomal form of NUTURA® Vitamin D3, the bioavailability/absorbability of vitamin D is many times higher than traditional vitamin D3 supplements.
In the NUTURA® Liposomal Vitamin D3 Spray, the nutrients are "packaged" in liposomes. Liposomes are tiny, fatty spheres that form naturally when water is mixed with lecithin, a natural component of sunflower oil. Liposomes consist of phospholipids whose structure is identical to that of a cell wall, making them easier and more effective for absorption by the body. They also protect vitamin D from degradation and oxidation.
The vitamin D3 is encapsulated in liposomes. This results in improved absorption of vitamin D3 into the bloodstream and body cells.
Vitamin D production is primarily activated by sunlight on the skin. It is generally not sufficiently obtained through diet. Recent decades have brought major changes in daily living and eating habits. We work more indoors, travel by car or train, exercise indoors in fitness centers, play computer games, doctors and dermatologists advise avoiding sunlight on the skin as much as possible, and we wear clothing that covers approximately 95% of our body. Under artificial light and behind glass, vitamin D3 is not produced in the skin. A striking detail is that a recent study shows that the population of sunny Miami has significant vitamin D deficiencies due to high-factor sunscreens. All this, combined with insufficient sunlight on the skin, makes the increasing vitamin D deficiency an alarming health concern.

Usage
Before first use, press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray directly into the mouth, 2 sprays, 4 times daily. Each tube contains approximately 240 metered sprays. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store at room temperature. Best before date and batch number: see bottom of spray bottle. Avoid spraying in eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
Not suitable for use by children under the age of 10 years.
