Usage Before first use, press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray directly into the mouth, 2 to 4 sprays when you feel hungry, and 15 minutes before meals. Each tube contains approximately 240 metered sprays. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store at room temperature. Best before and batch number: see bottom of spray bottle. Avoid spraying in eyes.
Warning: For adults only. Not for use by children, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Do not combine 5-HTP with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers.
