Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble substance found in small amounts in our food. Supplements usually contain ubiquinone. This oxidized form of Q10 is largely converted into ubiquinol, the body's own active biological form of Q10, after ingestion.

Usage
Before first use, press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray directly into the mouth, 2 sprays, 4 times daily. Each tube contains approximately 240 metered sprays. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store at room temperature. Best before date and batch number: see bottom of spray bottle. Avoid spraying in eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
