"Goodnight" contains the maximum dose for dietary supplements of 0.299 mg of melatonin, but we have also added 5-HTP, L-theanine and a special herbal complex.
5-HTP is a precursor to the body's own production of melatonin.

Ingredients Purified water; solvents: glycerol (organic - vegan), alcohol; 5-HTP from griffonia simplicifolia; L-theanine; melatonin; herbal extract complex (guelder rose, feverfew, ginkgo biloba, hops, passion flower,
mint, skullcap, valerian); natural flavour: spearmint; vegetable sweetener: steviol glycoside (stevia); preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid.
Usage Before first use, press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray 1 to 8 puffs directly into the mouth as needed 15 minutes before bedtime. Each tube contains approximately 240 metered sprays.
Avoid spraying in eyes.
WARNING: Contains melatonin, 5-HTP, and valerian. Suitable for adults only. Use is not recommended unless otherwise advised during pregnancy and breastfeeding, for a continuous period longer than 3 weeks, and when taking medications that affect the brain.
