Usage
Take 1-2 softgels daily with water and a meal (containing fat). Follow the recommended dosage.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (legally required declaration for products with more than 20 mcg vitamin D per daily dose).

NB:
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also called vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by vitamin K intake from food and supplements.
