Ingredients MCT oil, modified tapioca starch (Manihot esculenta, vegetable softgel capsule), humectant (glycerol), purified water, vitamin K2, vitamin D3 (from algae), color (iron oxide).
Usage Take 1-2 softgels daily with water and a meal (containing fat). Follow the recommended dosage.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (legally required declaration for products with more than 20 mcg vitamin D per daily dose).

NB:
