Ingredients
Anti-caking agent (rice fibers), vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), pyridoxal-5’-phosphate (P5P).

Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age (legally required mention for products with more than 7 mg of vitamin B6 per daily dose).Please note:In incidental cases, vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness in limbs. Stop using the product if you experience this.
