Ingredients
Anti-caking agent (rice fibers), vegetarian capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), bulking agent (rice bran extract), adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin.

Use
Take 1-2 capsules daily with water between meals. The capsule can also be opened and the powder sprinkled under the tongue. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. This product does not contain folate, so the use of a multi with a generous dose of folate remains possible in combination with this B12 product.
