Ingredients
Anti-caking agent (rice fibre), vegetarian capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), bulking agent (rice bran extract), adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin.

Usage
Take 1-2 capsules daily with water between meals. Alternatively, open the capsule and sprinkle the powder under the tongue. Follow the recommended dosage.

This product does not contain folate so that the use of a multivitamin with a generous dose of folate remains possible in combination with this B12 product.
