Ingredients
Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root [contains MILK]), myo-inositol, rice flour (Oryza sativa), vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), minerals (zinc, selenium), anti-caking agents (calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), vitamins (D3, A).
Usage
Take 2 capsules per day between meals (at least half an hour before or two hours after a meal) with water.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
If you have an increased iodine requirement, it may be necessary to combine this product with an iodine supplement such as Vitals Organic Iodine. In some situations, it may be wise to start with one capsule per day for the first one or two weeks and then increase the dosage to two capsules per day.
Suitable for vegetarians (not for vegans).
NB:
If you have hyperthyroidism or are taking thyroid medication, consult a doctor before using an ashwagandha supplement.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
