Producer Chr. Hansen
Chr. Hansen is the producer of this bacterial strain and has been responsible for the extensive research into this specific strain (also in babies). Bifidobacterium, BB-12 is supported by 370 scientific publications and 180 human studies, making it the best-supported Bifidobacterium strain. This is quite unique and very important! One bacterial strain (indicated by a suffix such as BB-12) is not like another, even if they belong to the same genus (in this case Bifidobacterium) and the same species (Bifidobacterium lactis). Therefore, strain-specific research is particularly telling.
Safety and ease of use
The requirements for a probiotic specifically intended for babies and young children are very high. Safety and ease of use play an even greater role here than with products for adults. Ingredients
Sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus), Bifidobacterium lactis, antioxidant (dl-alpha-tocopherol).
Usage
Shake well before each use (30 seconds)*. Give 6 drops per day on a spoon or mixed with (lukewarm) milk or other food* The viable bacteria (Bifidobacterium lactis) in this product sink to the bottom. It is therefore important to shake well before each use (30 seconds) to mix the powder as much as possible with the oil. Some may also remain in the dropper, causing it not to drip properly. Shaking for 30 seconds helps to loosen everything again. When using an antibiotic, it is advisable to allow at least 2 hours between taking Microbiol Children and the antibiotic.
