Ingredients Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root [contains MILK]), fenugreek extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seed), maca (Lepidium peruvianum Chacón, root), anti-caking agents (calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), minerals (zinc, selenium), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropylcellulose).
Usage Take 1 tablet twice a day with water during a meal.
Suitable for vegetarians (not for vegans).
If you have hyperthyroidism or are taking thyroid medication, consult a doctor before using an ashwagandha supplement.
