Vitals Magnesium Citrate 100 mg
This product contains 100 mg of magnesium in the highly absorbable, organic form of magnesium citrate. Many magnesium products are in tablet form because they can accommodate more ingredients. And these tablets are often large because magnesium takes up a lot of space. Not everyone finds such large tablets pleasant to use. Therefore, Vitals supplies this product in the form of a capsule that is easier to swallow. If desired, the capsule can also be opened to mix its contents with something else.
The capsule shell is made of pullulan, which is derived from cassava (an edible root vegetable, also called manioc). The capsule uses excipients from rice, which are necessary for proper filling of the capsule.

Usage
