Use
Take 1-2 softgels daily with a fatty meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Note: The additional daily intake of EPA and DHA combined should not exceed 5 grams (5 softgels Ultra Pure EPA/DHA 1000 mg). Only use dosages of more than 1000 mg EPA/DHA in consultation with a doctor if you have (had) atrial fibrillation.
