Claims
EPA and DHA are good for the normal functioning of the heart, with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA. DHA is good for maintaining healthy brain function and good vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels, with a daily intake of 2 grams of EPA and DHA. The additional daily intake of EPA and DHA should not exceed 5 grams.

Ingredients
FISH oil, lemon aroma, antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol-rich extract).

Usage
Children from 3 years: take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily with a fat-containing meal. Adults: 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) daily. The oil can be taken neat or mixed into cold drinks or dishes. Adhere to the recommended dosage. A 5 ml measuring spoon is included. Please note: Store unopened packaging at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months. The additional daily intake of EPA and DHA together should not exceed 5 grams (approx. 4 teaspoons [=20 ml] Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg). Use dosages of more than 1000 mg EPA/DHA only in consultation with a doctor if you have (had) atrial fibrillation.

Storage advice
Store unopened packaging at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months.
