Enzyme Formula Pro is a balanced formula with various types of enzymes, including carbohydrate-, protein-, and fat-splitting enzymes. The product consists of an enzyme complex (BioCore® Optimum Complete) supplemented with a special gluten-splitting enzyme with the brand name Tolerase® G. Gluten are proteins naturally present in certain grains, such as wheat, rye, and barley. Because gluten are rich in the amino acid proline, they can be difficult to break down. Enzyme Formula Pro can be used with every meal and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
