Most powdered multivitamins contain a (large) amount of sugar and/or artificial sweeteners to improve taste. What's unique about Elke Dag Poeder is that the taste of the vitamins and minerals is neutralized by natural, unrefined inulin, a prebiotic fiber that is naturally slightly sweet. Furthermore, the product contains no sugar, sweeteners, synthetic fragrances, colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Like the other multivitamins in the Elke Dag series, this product distinguishes itself through its composition and the selected vitamin and mineral compounds. For example, this formula contains vitamin D3, vitamin K2, the biologically active forms of vitamins B2, B6, and B12, and uses a superior, biologically active form of folic acid (5-MTHF, branded Quatrefolic®). The vitamin C consists of the non-acidic, easily absorbed forms of calcium and magnesium ascorbate. The minerals consist of highly absorbable compounds.

What's new?
Some ingredients could be reduced, including folate from 400 mcg to 200 mcg and vitamin B12 from 20 mcg to 10 mcg (per 2 scoops). This allowed for increases in other important ingredients, such as choline from 10 mg to 85 mg, vitamin C from 160 mg to 200 mg, magnesium from 100 mg to 200 mg, potassium from 100 mg to 300 mg, vitamin D3 from 20 mcg to 30 mcg, and vitamin K2 from 40 mcg to 90 mcg. 45 mcg of vitamin K1 and 5 mg of meso-zeaxanthin could also be added. Furthermore, the ingredients are now based on natural, unrefined inulin from chicory. Inulin is an indigestible, prebiotic fiber. Elke Dag Powder contains no less than 2200 mg of inulin per 2 scoops, specifically as a slightly sweet carrier with very nice properties.

For whom
The Elke Dag Poeder product has a neutral flavor and is suitable for children with one scoop per day. It therefore contains almost the same dosages per scoop as Elke Dag Junior, except with slightly more choline, vitamin C, and magnesium. This is possible because Elke Dag Poeder has no space limitations.

At a double dose of two scoops per day, the product is suitable for (young) adults and seniors who prefer a multivitamin in powder form. It offers excellent opportunities for adding to a shake or smoothie, allowing you to adjust dosages and spread out your intake.

Ingredients

Usage
Children from 3 years 1 scoop (2.5 grams) per day or as advised.
Adults 2 scoops (5 grams) per day.
Mix the powder with water, fruit juice, or yogurt. Stir well and consume immediately. Follow the recommended dosage.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
At 2 scoops, this food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
A measuring scoop of 3 ml (= approx. 2.5 grams) is included.

The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use of coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).

Storage instructions
Store in a dry, dark place, closed and at room temperature.
Once opened, use within 4 months.
