Minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, silicon, molybdenum, selenium, boron, copper, iodine), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), vitamins (C, E, B3, D3, K2, B5, B2, B1, B6, A, K1, folate, biotin, B12), choline bitartrate, rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), taurine, thickener (hydroxypropyl cellulose), grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera), acetyl-L-carnitine, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), alpha-lipoic acid, lutein, Q10, glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol), meso-zeaxanthin, stabiliser (calcium acetate), citrus bioflavonoid complex (Citrus sinensis), mixed tocopherols, lycopene (Solanum lycopersicum), beta-carotene, zeaxanthin.
Usage
Take 2 tablets daily with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (mandatory statement for products with more than 20 μg of vitamin D per daily dose). The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for concomitant use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medicines are also known as vitamin K antagonists and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements. Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day due to the risk of too high a concentration of oxalic acid in the blood.
