Vitals Every Day JuniorEvery Day Junior is a strawberry-flavored chewable tablet in the shape of a small elephant, specially developed for children aged 3 and over. Every Day Junior excels in composition, dosage, and bioavailability. The chewable tablet contains almost all the same high-quality substances as Every Day for adults, but the dosages are adjusted to the needs of (young) children. For example, one tablet contains no less than 15 mcg of vitamin D3 (so separate vitamin D drops are no longer needed). And it contains 60 mg of magnesium and 120 mg of calcium, from natural sources. In short, Every Day Junior will easily stand up to comparison with other children's multis!
What's new?
The formula now contains 15 mcg of vitamin D3 instead of 10 mcg, 45 mcg of vitamin K2 instead of 20 mcg, and 30 mcg of vitamin K1. In addition, the amount of magnesium has been increased from 20 mg to 60 mg, alongside 120 mg of calcium. And in this formula, in addition to lutein and zeaxanthin, meso-zeaxanthin has now been added, which is highly desirable at a time when children often look at screens with blue light for extended periods.
Sweetener from natural source
The excipients used are just as important in determining whether a multi is of high quality. Most children's multis in the form of chewable tablets largely consist of sugars or artificial sweeteners to improve the taste. Every Day Junior is primarily sweetened with steviol glycosides from the stevia plant, and now partly with erythritol. This is a natural sweetener found in, for example, fruit, mushrooms, and cheese. It has no caloric value and is largely absorbed in the small intestine and almost completely excreted in the urine. It does not affect blood sugar levels and is not harmful to teeth or oral health. A very good alternative to sugar or other undesirable (artificial) sweeteners!
Improved taste
The taste of these new Every Day Junior chewable tablets has been significantly improved and is positively rated by children. It's not candy, of course, but most children like it.

Usage
Children aged 3 and over, chew 1 tablet per day with a meal or as advised. If your child still has difficulty chewing tablets, you can crush them and mix them into yogurt or porridge. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age (legally required statement for products up to and including 3 mg of vitamin B6 per daily dose).
