Elke Dag 50+ Capsules is designed for those over 50 who prefer capsules to tablets. Each two capsules of Elke Dag 50+ Capsules contain exactly the same dosages as the Elke Dag 50+ Tablets, with the exception of vitamin C (100 mg instead of 200 mg), calcium (30 mg instead of 150 mg), and magnesium (30 mg instead of 100 mg). These are in lower doses in the capsules, simply because one tablet contains more than two capsules. The product is formulated based on the latest scientific insights, tailored to current data regarding nutritional status in the Netherlands and optimal intake amounts for each nutrient.

Usage
Take 1-2 capsules daily with water during a meal or as directed. Follow the recommended dosage.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. (Mandatory labeling for products containing more than 20 mcg of vitamin D per daily dose.)

When using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon), consult a doctor before taking a vitamin K supplement.
