Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (mandatory statement for products with more than 20 μg vitamin D per daily dose). The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for concomitant use of coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medicines are also called vitamin K antagonists and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements.
