Vitals Elemental Zinc & CopperElemental Zinc & Copper contains 'concentrated mineral drops' (CMD) as its base, a special seawater concentrate from the Great Salt Lake (Utah, USA) with the full spectrum of minerals and trace elements (stripped of almost all sodium, and in this case supplemented with extra zinc in the form of zinc sulfate and extra copper as copper gluconate). This product is manufactured using a traditional and natural concentration process with the use of the sun.
The minerals and trace elements in Elemental Zinc & Copper occur in dissolved and ionic form, as electrolytes. This means not in connection with other elements, but as separate electrically charged particles. Magnesium chloride (MgCl2), for example, when dissolved in water, splits into the ions Mg2+ (positively charged magnesium) and Cl- (negatively charged chloride). In this way, minerals also occur in our body, dissolved in intra- and extracellular fluids such as blood plasma. Minerals in ionic form are therefore well absorbed.
